The rights you have
The GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679) and the LOPDGDD (Spanish Organic Law 3/2018) recognise the following rights over your personal data:
- Access: find out what data of yours we process and for what purpose.
- Rectification: correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Erasure (right to be forgotten): delete your data when it is no longer necessary.
- Objection: object to processing for reasons related to your particular situation.
- Restriction: restrict processing to mere storage for a period of time.
- Portability: receive your data in a structured format and transmit it to another controller.
- Withdraw the consent you previously gave, without affecting the lawfulness of previous processing.
- Not be subject to automated decisions with significant legal effects.
- Lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (www.aepd.es)).
How to exercise them
Send an email to info@plateart.es with the subject “GDPR rights request” and include:
- Your name, surname and ID/passport number.
- A copy of a document proving your identity. Without it we can’t process the request (it’s a safeguard so that nobody can access your data in your name).
- State clearly which right you’re exercising and, if applicable, the specific data the request applies to.
- The address to send the reply to (postal or email).
- Date and signature.
Deadlines
We’ll reply within a maximum of 1 month from receiving the request. In complex cases that deadline may be extended by another 2 months, with notice to you within the first month.
